Parking
Ample free parking is available at the Citizens HealthPlex in a well-lighted lot.
Staff
A professional staff including exercise physiologists, certified trainers, and other healthcare specialists support the fitness, wellness, and health education services offered at the Citizens HealthPlex.
Childcare
On-site, supervised childcare is available to those members with children. There is a minimal charge for this service. This service is available for children beginning at age 3 months. There is an active-play area as well as a quiet-play area for tabletop activities and a nursery for infants.
Deli
A heart-healthy café is on-site offering a variety of beverages and quick meals.
Health & Wellness Specialty Store
Logo wear along with workout essentials, books, CD’s and videotapes are available, so you can bring your Health and Wellness Center experience home.
