Citizens HealthPlex offers a variety of personal training modalities for its members. Our Fitness Staff, who are also personal trainers, are all degreed exercise physiologists, and many hold additional certifications in exercise specialties. They maintain their certification status through nationally recognized fitness and wellness organizations as well as ongoing continuing education.

Exercise Physiologists and Fitness Assistants are available to answer questions about how to use the equipment, or to show you which exercise or piece of equipment is best for you to meet your personal fitness goals. When a Personal Trainer is wearing a black shirt, this means they are providing one-on-one personal training with a HealthPlex member who has purchased a personal training session, and they should not be interrupted during this time.

Personal training can address many facets of your overall fitness goals — sport-specific, yoga, Pilates, run training, strength training, toning, or improving quality of life.

  • 10 – 30 minute sessions $315
  • 20 – 30 minute sessions $595
  • 1 – 60 minute session $45
  • 3 – 60 minute sessions $128.25
  • 10 – 60 minute sessions $405
  • 20 – 60 minute sessions $765

Sessions are sold in either 30 minute or 1 hour increments and may also be purchased as introductory single sessions or in packages of three sessions. Partner (duet) and trio training is also available.
