HeatlhPlex CrossFit

HealthPlex is now a CrossFit affiliate, and we would love to have you join our CrossFit family! CrossFit classes are high intensity, with a focus on functional movement—movement that can be applied to real world situations. Every workout varies because we change the repetitions, the weight, the movement, and the time that it takes to complete the workout.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is more than a workout program. Every member of the CrossFit team cheers each other on as they push their bodies to the limit. It tests not only strength and endurance, but mental toughness as well.

CrossFit’s ultimate goal is to prepare your body (and your mind) for situations outside of the studio where you may need to use your strength and endurance. Losing weight and creating a toned body is a side effect of this program. Find out more about CrossFit at their website.

CrossFit Classes

Every member of Citizen's HealthPlex has access to our CrossFit classes. You can enjoy unlimited classes that are offered several times each week. Classes can be scaled to meet your individual level of fitness (but be prepared to push yourself!).

Our CrossFit Program

Our CrossFit trainers are all Level 1 Certified (CF-L1). Our CrossFit classes are prepared beforehand and are designed for progression. Attending each class is important for your development. We encourage participants to keep a log of their progress for personal use and to compare with other members of the CrossFit team.

We also offer a variety of other activities that fit perfectly into your CrossFit program, including a 50-meter lap pool, and indoor and outdoor tracks. We offer group classes that focus on flexibility, like yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi. Find our complete services list by visiting our services page.
