Every member of our fitness staff is also a certified personal trainer and exercise physiologist. They are well-trained and experienced professionals who are nationally certified and undergo extensive continuing education. They would love to be able to put that experience and knowledge to use for you in a personal training session.
Our trainers can show you how to use exercise equipment and develop an exercise plan that will fit your personal fitness goals. They can even incorporate some of your favorite activities, like yoga, Pilates, toning, or sport-specific exercises. If you want a tailored fitness program, personal training is the solution.
