The Kidz-N-Motion program
Kidz-N-Motion offers short-term child care for children 3 months to 10 years of age. Parents may leave their child for up to 2 hours per day provided they remain on the Citizens HealthPlex premises during this time.
While safety is our top priority, we strive to ensure that each child is happy and entertained while parents are exercising. Our well trained and motivated staff are highly engaged during playtime and other activities such as crafts, games, and G-rated videos.
Our goal is to ensure that your child enjoys their time at Citizens HealthPlex as much as you do!
The Kidz-N-Motion program is designed to provide a safe, clean, supervised environment for your child.

Children must have a completed health history form prior to attending Kidz-N-Motion. Appropriate forms may be obtained at the Front Desk or from a Kidz-N-Motion attendant.
