There are two private Massage Therapy rooms located within the locker area. Each room has a private entrance from both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. Robes are provided for your convenience and comfort. Massage Therapy services are offered seven days a week. Appointments in advance are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome in the event that the therapist on duty has an opening.

Swedish Massage:
Gentle kneading and stroking of muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage:
Helps to release the chronic pattern of tension in the body through slow, deep strokes, pressure on muscles, tendons, and fascia.
Neuromuscular Therapy:
Identifies soft tissue abnormalities and manipulates soft tissue to normalize its function.
Reflexology:
Unique method of using the thumb and fingers to stimulate more than 7,200 nerve endings in each foot to relieve stress and tension within the body, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Reflexology may help relieve headaches, arthritis, backaches, and allergy and sinus problems. (Available in 30 and 60 minute sessions only.)
Prenatal Massage:
A massage tailored to help pregnant women relax and to alleviate pain in prenatal, labor, and post-partum stages. Benefits of this type of massage include increase in muscle flexibility, relief of everyday aches and pains, decrease in anxiety and depression, and increase in blood flow with better oxygen and nutrient supply to the baby.

Seated On-Site Massages:
Seated on-site massages are performed at your workplace. A 15-minute “stress-buster” massage relieves tension in the neck, back, shoulders, arms, and hands, reducing irritability and increasing productivity.Members and Non-Members:
