You may often feel that you aren’t getting enough daily exercise because your occupation requires you to sit at a desk for most of the day. Being office-bound doesn’t mean you have to be bound to inactivity. Stacy Betts, Exercise Physiologist at the Citizens HealthPlex, will discuss and demonstrate exercises that can be done on the job and ways to stay physically active in the office.
