New Board Officers Elected at Citizens Medical Center

New Officers, Dr. Tanya Seiler, Russell Marshall and Ben Galvan, bring considerable experience and leadership

Victoria, TX. October 22, 2015. Citizens Medical Center announced today that its board of directors elected new officers, which include Dr. Tanya Seiler as Chairwoman of the Board, Russell Marshall as Vice Chairman of the Board, and Ben Galvan as Secretary.

Citizens’ current Chairman of the Board of Directors, Donald Day, board Secretary, Dr. Andy Clemmons, and board member, Jennifer Hartman, have resigned.

The board accepted their resignation with gratitude and thought that a new slate of board officers would be best for the hospital and the board with the recent hiring of the hospital’s new Chief Executive Officer, Mike Olson. Olson will begin his new role as CEO of Citizens Medical Center on November 12th.
The Victoria County Commissioners will appoint new board members to replace Day, Clemmons and Hartman.
